iCloud syncing problems

Anytune uses iCloud for backing up and synching config data (settings, marks, lyrics, …).It is great when it is working, and it usually does. Anytune is using the Apple magic. If the magic is missing try the following steps:

  1. First check Apple’s iCloud System Status page to ensure iCloud is running.
  2. Check for updates to your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac.
  3. Check for updates to Anytune. There was a iCloud bug fixed in Anytune 3.12.3.
  4. See if the date and time settings on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC are correct.
  5. Make sure that you’re signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all your devices and check your settings:
    • On iOS tap Settings > iCloud. (Check your Apple ID.)
iCloud > iCloud Drive (Toggle iCloud Drive to On)

iCloud Drive > Anytune ( Toggle to On)
    • On Mac choose Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud. (Check your Apple ID)
iCloud > iCloud Drive (Check box)

iCloud Drive > Options > Anytune (Check box)
  6. Open a secure website, like your Apple ID account page, to see if you can access port 443. Safari needs access to port 443 to update your information in iCloud.
  7. Toggle iCloud Off/On for Anytune.
    • On iOS tap Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Anytune ( Toggle to Off, wait a few minutes, Toggle On)
    • On Mac choose Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Options > Anytune (uncheck box, wait a few minutes, check the box)
  8. Restart Anytune on both your IOS and Mac.
  9. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  10. Stop Anytune. Restart your computer. Start Anytune
